One-Way Vision Window Vinyl

Turn glass into useful advertising space

One-way vision vinyl is a perforated printable film that places a full-colour graphic on one side of the glass while allowing a view through the small openings from the darker side. It is a useful option for shopfront promotions, office glazing and suitable vehicle windows where branding and outward visibility are both required.

How the privacy effect works

The one-way effect depends on lighting. It works best during the day when the printed side is more brightly lit than the viewing side. At night, strong interior lighting can reduce or reverse the privacy effect. One-way vision film should therefore not be treated as guaranteed privacy screening.

How to order

Enter the finished graphic width and height in millimetres, select the quantity, and choose whether printed-face laminate is required. If measuring several panes, order each different size separately or send us a glazing schedule for review. Do not automatically deduct an installation gap unless it has been confirmed with your installer.

The online price covers: full-colour printed perforated film, cut to the rectangular finished size entered, plus printed-face laminate when that option is selected.

Quoted separately: artwork preparation, specialist contour cutting, removal of existing film, glass preparation, delivery and installation.

Artwork and installation

Use bold imagery, clear messaging and strong contrast. Small text can be harder to read because part of the film is perforated. A print-ready PDF with embedded or outlined fonts is preferred.

Glass condition, seals, coatings and installation location can affect suitability. Vehicle applications must also comply with relevant visibility and road-use requirements. Please ask us to review the application if you are unsure.
