Mesh banner printing for fences, construction sites and outdoor events

Mesh banner is designed for large-format graphics where airflow matters. Its perforated construction allows more air to pass through than a solid PVC banner, helping reduce—but not eliminate—the sail effect. It is commonly used on fences, scaffolding, building façades, construction sites and other appropriately secured outdoor displays.

Choose the right mesh

• Open / loose mesh: has a more open structure for greater airflow. It is useful for exposed locations and very large graphics, although colours and fine details appear lighter than on dense mesh.
• Dense / tight mesh: provides more printable surface for stronger colour and image coverage. It passes less air than open mesh and suits locations where graphic appearance is the higher priority.

Both materials are printed single-sided. The reverse will not reproduce the same colour or detail as the printed face.

How to measure and order

Enter the required finished width and height in millimetres, select open or dense mesh, and enter the quantity. Measure the final banner itself—not the entire fence or supporting frame. For long fence lines or oversized building graphics, contact us before ordering so panel joins and installation access can be assessed.

The online price covers: full-colour printed mesh material cut to the rectangular finished size entered.

Quoted separately: hemming, eyelets, reinforced edges, panel joining, specialist trimming, freight, engineering advice and installation. We do not add unconfirmed finishing charges to the online material price.

Artwork

Bold graphics, large type and strong contrast work best on mesh. Supply a print-ready PDF with fonts embedded or outlined and images suitable for the final viewing distance. Very small text and fine detail may lose clarity through the mesh openings.

Installation note

Mesh reduces wind resistance compared with solid banner material but does not remove wind loading. Fixings, supporting structures and local site conditions must still be assessed by a suitable installer.
