Professional air-release vinyl for branded surfaces
This 5-year-grade polymeric vinyl combines a removable adhesive with air-release channels that help installers work trapped air towards the edge during application. It is a practical premium option for business signage, promotional panels, windows and suitable vehicle graphics where a clean finish and future removal are important.
Common uses
- Vehicle doors, panels and commercial fleet graphics
- Shopfront fascia and window graphics

Printed vinyl or laminated vinyl?
Choose printed vinyl alone for suitable controlled applications, or add laminate when the printed surface needs additional protection from handling, cleaning and exposure. Lamination does not make an unsuitable surface or installation method suitable, so the application should still be assessed before production.
How to measure and order
Enter the finished printed width and height in millimetres, select the quantity, and choose the laminate option if required. Measure each finished graphic panel—not the entire vehicle, wall or sign structure. Vehicle wraps, complex curves and multi-panel graphics need a separate production and installation assessment.
The online price covers: full-colour printed air-release vinyl cut to the rectangular size entered, plus laminate when selected.
Quoted separately: artwork preparation, specialist contour cutting, panel setup, removal of old graphics, surface preparation, freight and installation.
Artwork and material-life note
Supply a print-ready PDF with fonts embedded or outlined and images suitable for the final output size. Include accurate panel dimensions and clearly identify any required cut line.
“5-year grade” describes the material category under appropriate conditions; it is not a guaranteed installed lifespan. Actual performance depends on surface condition, preparation, orientation, exposure, cleaning, print coverage, lamination and installation quality. Removable adhesive is designed to assist later removal, but surface age and condition can affect the result.
Produced in Auckland, with NZ-wide delivery available.
